Personally, I always loved Beeker and Animal, but they're all fantastic...
Apparently Jason Segal, formerly of "Freaks and Geeks" and current star of Forgetting Sarah Marshall, has a deep and profound love of the Muppets. The Cooler blogger, Jason Bellamy, also a big fan, wrote a great article about them, and Segal's plans to reboot the franchise, here, so if you too grew up with the Muppets and miss them, do check it out.

I think I watched the "Great Muppet Caper" at least 1 billion times growing up. Love the Muppets.
For some reason, we always watched "The Muppets Take Manhattan" the most. Maybe we just didn't have the others. But I always loved the scene where Kermit pretends to be famous at some hoity-toity celebrity restaurant, replaces the photo of Liza Minnelli with one of himself, and then she shows up for lunch. I had no idea who Liza Minnelli was at the time, so I never got it. Awesome!
